Initial Visit (1 Hour):
Your journey begins with a one-hour consultation with Dr. Holland and our staff. During this session, we will orient you to our program, design a customized diet plan tailored to your needs, and perform a basic medical evaluation, including a brief physical exam with your clothes on.

Diet Planning:
Our team is knowledgeable about all major diets and will guide you in choosing the one that best suits your needs. We prioritize:

Outside Prescription Drug Evaluation
Dr. Holland will review your outside prescription medications (if you take any) and help identify medications that might cause changes to your weight. He will also, of course, make sure that there are no conflicts between your outside medications and weight loss drugs that he prescribes.
Medication Dispensing (Classic Program)
Medications prescribed through our Classic Medical Weight Loss Program are dispensed to you in-office from our own internal pharmacy You do not have to go to an outside pharmacy. The cost of your medication is included in your visit price.

Supplement Dispensing:
Any dietary supplements that are recommended for you by Dr. Holland are dispensed to you in-office at the time your prescription medication is dispensed at no additional charge.

Off-Ramp Planning:
As you progress through our medical weight loss program, we will start planning for long-term success after completion.

Laboratory Blood Testing:
During your first visit, we will provide a written order for blood tests at Quest Diagnostics. The testing can be completed at any of their locations and typically takes about 10 minutes, with results available within 24 hours.
​
Ongoing Monitoring:
We offer regular health monitoring through in-person or telemedical care, which will be explained during your initial consultation.
​
Diet Adjustment:
As your needs change, we will help you fine-tune your diet plan to ensure continued progress.

Medication Adjustment:
We understand that your response to weight loss medication may change over time, so we are prepared to modify your medication type, dose, and schedule as needed.

Emotional Support:
