1 can chickpeas, 1/2 cup chopped parsley, 1/4 cup chopped onion, 2 garlic cloves, 1 tbsp cumin, salt, pepper, 4 cups mixed greens, 1/2 cup diced cucumber, 1/2 cup diced tomato, 1/4 cup lemon-tahini dressing
