1 cup almond milk, 1/4 cup chia seeds, 2 tbsp honey, 1 tbsp lemon juice, 1/2 tsp lemon zest, 1/4 tsp vanilla extract

Lemon Chia Seed Pudding

Mix all ingredients. Refrigerate for 4 hours. Stir before serving.
