The warrior diet is another form of intermittent fasting. The diet works and is generally safe but it may not be terribly livable for many people. The problem is that while it may sound easy to fast all day, it is not. Fasting causes hunger. Hunger is survival urge like breathing and thirst. Trying to fight hunger is ultimately about as difficult as fighting the urge to breathe. With enough motivation, one can do it for a while but eventually, the urge to eat may overwhelm one and lead to binging and diet failure. Still, I have a number of patients who have tried the Warrior Diet and several of them had very good results. If this diet appeals to you, use your head, read much, consult an expert, make certain you are in good health and then, perhaps, give it a try. Remember, you can always switch over to a diet of engineered livability like the diet that I promote. Good luck and be safe!
